Power Core Installation Cable 000AWG with 250A Fuse
The iTechworld Power Core is a powerful all-in-one 12V system, ideal for 4WD canopies, touring vehicles or off-grid living. It delivers reliable, high-performance power without the time, cost, or complexity of traditional installations.
Four separate components come pre-wired in one industrial-grade case: a 2000W PRO pure sine inverter with ATS and RCD, a 40A DC-DC charger, a 40A AC charger, and a 500A battery monitor. Instead of mounting, wiring and fusing each one individually, the work is already done. Heavy gauge copper wiring, resettable circuit breakers and pre-fitted ANL fuses throughout.
iTECH2000WPRO inverter — 2000W continuous, 4000W peak, 240V pure sine wave output. Safe for laptops, TVs, CPAP machines and other sensitive electronics. Built-in ATS switches to mains power within 30ms when you pull into a powered site, so you can run from 240V without unplugging anything.
iTECHDCDC40 charger — 40A of charging from your alternator while you drive, or from an unregulated solar panel up to 32V. Selectable profiles for LiFePO4, AGM, GEL, Calcium and standard lead acid.
iTECHBC40 charger — 40A of 240V mains charging. Run both chargers together for up to 80A into the battery.
iTECHBM500 battery monitor — 500A shunt with a display showing state of charge, Ah remaining, time remaining, voltage, amperage and wattage. You know exactly what's left, not a rough guess from voltage.
Alternator while driving, unregulated solar direct to the DC-DC input, regulated solar via the Anderson inputs, or 240V mains using the included AC input cable. Most people use two or three depending on where they are.
Four backlit 20A rocker switches for lights, pumps and switched circuits. Two 50A IN/OUT Anderson plugs, a 12V 15A cigarette socket, an 18W QC3.0 USB port and a 30W USB-C port. Unswitched loads like a fridge wire directly to the circuit breaker interface.
Choose the variant that suits your build. The orientation determines which side the charger inputs and terminals sit on, so pick the one that puts your cable entry closest to your battery and vehicle wiring.
The Power Core mounts upright on a flat, stable surface such as a canopy wall, vehicle frame or timber backing panel. Allow at least 100mm clearance on the DC-DC input side and around the fuse access panel. Connect the battery before final mounting, as the terminals are accessed from underneath.
iTechworld recommends installation by a certified technician, and a licensed electrician for the 240V AC input connection.
