A pre-made 000AWG (90mm²) cable pair for connecting your battery to the Power Core, sized to carry the unit's full continuous output without heat build-up or voltage drop.
At 12V, high-output systems pull serious current, and current is what dictates cable size. Undersized cable on a run like this doesn't just cost you performance — it gets hot. 000AWG is the gauge the job calls for, and both leads come cut to 1m and terminated ready to bolt down.
A 250A MEGA fuse comes pre-installed on the positive lead. That fuse protects the cable itself: if a fault ever drew more current than the cable can safely carry, the fuse opens before the cable becomes the weak point.
The practical advantage here is the termination. Crimping 90mm² cable properly needs a hydraulic crimper and the right dies — not something most people have in the shed, and a poor crimp on a cable this size is a genuine hazard. These arrive with M10 lugs at one end and M8 at the other, factory-crimped and ready to connect.
What's included:
• 1 × Positive cable (1m, 250A MEGA fuse pre-installed)
• 1 × Negative cable (1m)
Installation should be carried out with the battery isolated, and terminals torqued to the Power Core's specification. If you're unsure, have it done by a qualified auto electrician.
